FAQ

Can you come to my hotel/resort for the photoshoot?



The issue with hotels/resorts here are that they do not allow outside photographers to shoot at their properties. We do have a few favorite site to shoot at. We always try to pick a spot close to where our clients are staying, and will let client know where to meet up a few days before to ensure the best conditions for the shoot.

Do you provide transportation to the photoshoot location?


We do have a "Pick up/Drop off" add-on option for our clients (for Punta Cana area, up to 3 people). We do not include the price in our package, as some of our clients want to have the option of arranging their own transportation.

How long is the photoshoot?


Our photoshoots are typically between 45 mins to 1 hr 30 mins long, depending on weather/wind conditions, site conditions, public distractions, client’s familiarity with poses etc…

What time is the photoshoot?


We typically do morning photo sessions (around 8am), due to better lighting, more favorable wind conditions and least amount of people around.


The Dominican Republic is a tropical country, and it can get very hot and humid the later the day gets.

Do you have dresses for plus-size individuals?


Definitely! Most of our dresses are ‘one size fits most’. We have clients from size 8 all the way to size 20+.

What do I wear underneath?


Our dresses are designed as a “Transformer/Wrap Dress” with a halter top and a bare back, and can be adjusted to provide support. Some of our clients prefer to wear a bra/bikini top under the dresses. Others prefer not or just pasties. We recommend wearing whichever makes you feel most comfortable.


If you are going to wear something to support, we suggest wearing a strapless, low cut bra/bikini/bathing.

Can I do a photoshoot with my partner?


Of course! Our Gold Package is perfect for that.

Can you do large groups?


Yes, we have done plenty of group sessions. Please message us privately. Custom pricing will be applied depending on each group's needs. We would also need time to plan personnel and logistics.

What if it rains on the day?


In case of rain, we typically try to wait for it to pass and commence when the conditions are better. Otherwise we will try to reschedule the session if/when possible. 

If neither works, a full refund of the deposit will be given (minus transportation charges if it applies).

FAQ

Do you provide hair/make-up?


Due to the fact that our shoots starts at 8am, our clients have preferred to do their own make-up, rather than wake up extra early for a make-up artist to come by.

We recommend easy and simple make-up/hair.

Do you rent out dresses only?


Unfortunately no. Our dress rentals comes with our photo session packages.

When and how will I receive them?


Your professionally edited and retouched digital photos will be sent to your email via a link approximately 3-10 days after the day of the photoshoot.

What are your refund policy


We can offer a full refund of the deposit if you decide to cancel up to 5 days before your confirmed date. Deposits will not be refunded if cancellations are made within 5 days leading up to the shoot.


In case of bad weather, we will try to reschedule the session if/when possible. Otherwise, a full refund of the deposit will be given (minus transportation charges if it applies).
